These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from Finevow. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them, along with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable, a pricing error has occurred, or we suspect fraud — and will refund any payment in full if we do.

Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout. Shipping charges are shown before you pay. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout; buy-now-pay-later plans are provided by Klarna or Afterpay under their own terms.

One code may be used per order. Codes have no cash value, can't be applied to gift cards or previous orders, and may be withdrawn at any time. See Discounts & Offers for current terms.

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Information; returns by our 60-day Returns Policy; and product faults by our 2-year warranty. These don't affect your statutory rights.

You're responsible for checking engraving text before ordering. Personalized items are made to your instructions and are non-returnable unless faulty.

We do our best to show our jewelry accurately, but colors vary between screens and natural materials such as pearls differ piece to piece. Measurements are approximate.

Keep your password confidential. You're responsible for activity on your account and should tell us promptly about any unauthorized use.

All content on this site — designs, photographs, text and logos — belongs to Finevow or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in the State of New York, unless your local consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings where you live.
