Our pieces are crafted from recycled precious metals and considered materials. A little care keeps them glowing for years.

Our materials

18ct gold vermeil: A thick 2.5 micron layer of 18ct gold over a solid base of recycled 925 sterling silver. Vermeil is up to five times thicker than standard gold plating, hypoallergenic and made to be worn every day.
Recycled sterling silver: 92.5% pure silver, recycled from industrial and jewelry sources, finished with a protective rhodium layer to slow tarnishing. Nickel-free and suitable for sensitive skin.
Cubic zirconia: Lab-created stones hand-set in claw and pavé settings. Cut to the same proportions as diamonds for exceptional sparkle, and graded AAAAA for clarity.
Freshwater pearls: Cultured freshwater pearls, each one unique in shape and luster. Natural variations in size, tone and surface are part of their beauty.

Caring for your jewelry

Do

Put your jewelry on last — after makeup, perfume, hairspray and lotion.
Wipe pieces gently with the soft cloth provided after wearing.
Store each piece separately in its pouch, away from light and humidity.
Clean pearls with a barely damp cloth, then let them dry flat.
Close clasps before storing chains to prevent tangling.

Don't

Swim, shower, bathe or exercise in your jewelry.
Use jewelry dips, polishing compounds or abrasive cloths on vermeil.
Expose pieces to chlorine, salt water, bleach or household cleaners.
Sleep in delicate chains, pearls or pavé rings.
Pull or twist cuffs and bangles to open them.

Water resistance

Our jewelry is water-resistant, not waterproof. A splash while washing your hands won't harm it, but prolonged contact with water — especially chlorinated pools, hot tubs and the ocean — will dull gold vermeil and can loosen stone settings over time. Freshwater pearls are porous and should be kept away from water entirely.

If a piece gets wet, pat it dry with a soft cloth straight away and let it air-dry fully before storing it.

2-year warranty

Every Finevow piece is guaranteed for two years from delivery against manufacturing faults under normal wear. That includes lost stones, broken clasps and jump rings, and premature plating wear.

To make a claim, contact us with your order number and a photo of the piece. We'll repair or replace it free of charge, or offer store credit if the style is no longer available. The warranty doesn't cover accidental damage, loss, or wear from contact with water and chemicals.
