Finevow (“we”, “us”) operates this website and online store. We are the controller of the personal information described in this policy. Questions can be sent through our contact page.

• Information you give us — name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number, wedding date and preferences you add to your account, engraving text, and messages you send us.
• Order information — items purchased, order value, and delivery details.
• Payment information — processed directly by Stripe, Klarna or Afterpay. We never see or store your full card number.
• Device and usage information — IP address, browser type, pages viewed and referral source, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).

• To process, ship and support your orders, returns and warranty claims.
• To run your account, wishlist and Wedding Profile.
• To reply to your messages and concierge requests.
• To send marketing emails if you've opted in — you can unsubscribe at any time.
• To prevent fraud, keep our store secure and meet legal obligations.
• To understand how our store is used so we can improve it.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business — payment processors, shipping carriers, email and hosting providers, and customer service tools — under contracts that require them to protect it and use it only on our instructions. We may also disclose information where required by law.

Depending on where you live (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and Utah), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising. California residents may also request details of the categories of information we collect and disclose under the CCPA/CPRA.

To make a request, contact us from the email linked to your account. We'll verify your identity and respond within 45 days. We will never discriminate against you for exercising your rights. We honor Global Privacy Control signals.

Our site is served exclusively over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed, account sessions use secure, http-only cookies, and payment details are handled by PCI DSS Level 1 certified providers. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we work hard to protect your information.

We keep order records for as long as needed for tax, accounting and warranty purposes (generally seven years), and account information until you ask us to delete it. Customer service messages are kept for up to three years.

Our store is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows when it was last revised.
