U.S. delivery options

Delivery times are estimates from dispatch and exclude weekends and U.S. public holidays. Engraved pieces need one extra business day before dispatch.
Order cut-off
Orders placed by 2pm ET, Monday to Friday ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2pm, on weekends or on public holidays ship the next business day. During peak periods (Black Friday through December 20) please allow one additional day.
Tracking your order
As soon as your order leaves our studio we'll email your tracking number. You can follow its progress at any time on our Track Your Order page with your order number and email.
P.O. boxes & military addresses
We deliver to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses via USPS using Standard shipping. Express shipping is not available to these addresses. Please allow 7–14 business days for military delivery.
Signature, lost & damaged parcels
Orders over $300 require a signature on delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your parcel, check with neighbors and your building's mailroom, then contact us within 7 days and we'll open a claim with the carrier. Every parcel is insured until it reaches you.
International shipping
